Pyrolytic Thermal Oven Stripping

PRO-STRIP INDY’s multiple thermal stripping ovens allow for quick and efficient stripping of paint, coatings and other substrates from metal parts. Coatings on metals are heated and “burned off” in large specialized ovens leaving only inorganic ash which is removed by a water rinse.  Thermal oven stripping can be used as a stand-alone process for industrial applications or in conjunction with our other metal cleaning processes.  Typical items processed are industrial and commercial equipment, powder-coat/paint rejects, paint and coating racks, engine blocks and heads, metal recycling.
