Aluminum Chemical Stripping

Aluminum and other soft metals can be difficult to remove old or unwanted paints and coatings without damaging the metal substrate. Pro-Strip Indy has the ability to remove these advanced coatings designed for extreme durability and chemical resistance from aluminum and other metals. Epoxy coatings, powder coatings, electro-coat coatings, polyurethanes, and UV/EB coatings are removed by chemical submersion, leaving the original clean metal surface. Aluminum is a soft metal and can be easily damaged using mechanical stripping methods. Chemical stripping is the safe way to remove these coatings from aluminum parts like wheels, engine parts, or manufacturing paint rejects.
